This policy describes how Augmented IQ handles data. Augmented IQ is an enterprise AI platform provided by Left Right Mind. It deploys inside the customer's own Microsoft Azure tenant, and customer data and models remain within the customer's environment at all times.

Augmented IQ is deployed inside the customer's own Microsoft Azure tenant. All customer data processed by the platform, including documents, operational data, and the outputs the platform generates, stays within the customer's environment and behind the customer's firewall. Left Right Mind does not host, copy, or extract this data to its own systems.
Customer documents and operational data remain the property of the customer. Left Right Mind does not collect customer content through the operation of the platform, neither does Left Right Mind extract customer data from the environment.
Augmented IQ operates on a bring-your-own-model basis. The customer supplies and runs their chosen foundation model within their own tenant. Left Right Mind does not route customer data to any model provider and does not introduce third-party model services into the customer's environment.
Left Right Mind does not use customer data to train any models in any capacity. Customer data is not used to develop, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any model operated by Left Right Mind or any third party.
Because Augmented IQ runs inside the customer's Azure tenant, customer data is protected by the customer's own security controls, including encryption, identity management, and network configuration. Augmented IQ maintains its own audit logging, recording platform activity and actions so that the customer can inspect what the platform has done and on what basis.
Customer data persists within the customer's tenant and is governed entirely by the customer's own retention and deletion policies. The customer controls the storage, retention, and deletion of all data the platform operates on. On termination, customer data remains with the customer; Left Right Mind holds no copy to retain or delete.
