ICICI

iLearn is an interactive knowledge portal that reforms the training and certification process. It serves as a platform for testing employee knowledge, query resolution, relevant reading material portal, and tracking progress of team members by seniors in hierarchy.

Discovery

The design and research team made significant discoveries, when understanding the internal processes, Hierarchies and data organisation systems, of ICICI. The challenge was to segregate this huge index of information, and design it to fit into a responsive and light App, to help increase the processing efficiency at ICICI.

The query portal offers quick keyword searches, thus making the internal processing more efficient.

Wireframing & Interaction

The design goal was to be interactive with the users, when managing the three aspects of the product namely - training, content and assessment. The interaction of the App aimed at providing a gamified and personalised experience, to motivate the users to undergo training and read content.
